I met Amsale at Saks Fifth Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia back in May 2007. The first trunk show debuting her Spring 2008 line was at this location. I had made my appointment months ahead of time and was literally counting down the seconds until that day came. The first time I looked through Amsale's work I knew she was the designer for me. Without seeing any of the 2008 line, I knew I would leave that day with my wedding dress. The first dress I tried was THE dress, Reese! Amsale saw me in the dress and told me, "When I designed this dress you are the exact person I had pictured wearing this dress." I was so honored and touched by her comment. The beauty in her designs is that you do feel that your dress was made specifically for you! It is the timeless elegance of her pieces that capture a brides heart, my heart. Needless to say, Reese is my fairy tale dress! I was just married last May and I have yet to put my dress into storage because I continue to put it on almost weekly and prance around as if a princess! Amsale had asked that I send a picture after the wedding and I would love to do so. Please respond with information on how I may do so. Thank you for reading my Amsale experience.
